Reporting directly to the Provost and Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs, Deans provide academic, scholarly, and insightful leadership to advocate for the Colleges and to advance the goals of the Colleges and their reputation at local, state, and national levels. Deans also guide the Colleges' efforts in cultivating excellence in curricula, academics, scholarship, and research, while leading external fundraising efforts and furthering relationships within professional communities. KSU seeks innovative individuals with bold vision and strong leadership skills who are committed to extending collaborative relationships and who will foster successful academic environments for faculty, staff, students, and the community.
